Venko Filipce MD. MSc. FINR.
Managing Director, founder and board member.
Dr. Venko Filipce is a world renowned neuro surgeon, entrepreneur, and active philanthropist. From 2006 to 2015 he was managing director of PHM Macedonia LLC and in 2012 he took on the role of special advisor of medical claims for Eurolink Insurance Company, Macedonia.
In 2012 Dr. Filipce also became lead, technical services and health system strengthening for Project Hope’s People to People Health Foundation work in Kosovo, Serbia, Tanzania and his home country, Macedonia.
Dr. Filipce’s clinical work has earned him numerous speaking engagements throughout CEE and Europe at large. His clinical education includes a 2012 Fellow of Endovascular Neurosurgery/Interventional Neuroradiology, Department of Neuroradiology Zurich; in 2011 a Master in Medical Sciences; University “Sts Cyril and Methodius”; and back to 2001 graduating in Graduate Medical Faculty – Skopje, University “Sts Cyril and Methodius.”
Dr. Filipce is fluent in English, Serbian, and Macedonian.
Margaret is the CEO and VP of Development at PHM International, Inc. PHM International is a women owned small enterprise that focuses on capacity development in the world’s emerging and frontier markets.
Prior to taking on the lead as CEO of PHM International, Margaret’s experience includes working in government contract management, engineering and production coordination, QM, liaison with government contracting and technical personnel. She has been the lead in multiple product development projects, from concept to launch. She has also worked in contract administration of multiple US Department of Defense contracts and the USA’s GSA.
Margaret’s degrees include a B.F.A. and BA Germanic Languages, Calvin College, Michigan, USA. She is fluent in English and German.
Since 2014 Ms. Savova has been counselor to the ex-President of the Republic of Macedonia.
For several years, from 2011 to 2014 she was a member of Parliament, Republic of Macedonia; a member of the Parliament Committee for International Relations; and a member of the Parliament delegation, Republic of Macedonia in the NATO Parliament.
Ms. Savova was also the Head of Communications Center of the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia from 2009 to 2013. And from 2004 until 2009 she was Secretary General of the Cabinet of the President of Republic of Macedonia. It was during this period Ms. Savova was also responsible for organizing the 15th Meeting of Presidents of Central European States, represented by 19 Presidents from Central European countries.

Hank is president and founder of PHM International, Inc. Since 1997 Hank has led the development efforts of PHM International and is an expert in healthcare finance, private development, and international business development.
His tenure as president of PHM International has led to consultancy engagements in sector analysis, product research and development, business development, infrastructure planning, and regulatory support.
Today, as President of PHM International, Mr. Kearney leads the executive development practice, is an international facilitator and speaker, and advisor to financial firms and leading companies around the world. In addition, he is a strategic thinker and advisor in policy and operational planning. His experience, expertise, and global professional network provide for high impact guidance and representation. With a unique background in healthcare finance, he has been an advisor to international banks, private equity firms, etc.
Hank has held board positions: from 2010 to present at Kilimanjaro International, Inc. USA and Tanzania as an advisor; from 2009 – 2015 with PHM Macedonia, LLC as a director.; from 2006 – 2008 at the Medical Knowledge Institute, the Netherlands as non-executive director; and as an Advisory Board member from 2008 – 2010 at the Medical Knowledge Institute, the Netherlands.
Hank as a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and is one of the few individuals world-wide with both the MHP (Managed Healthcare Professional) and RHU designations, (Registered Health Underwriter).
Mr. Atanasovski is currently completing his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of St. Cyril & Methodius – Skopje, has a MBA from University of Sheffield, UK, is an experienced executive manager, and today is an Expert for Transport IP Network Planning and Deployment with Makedonski Telekom (T-Mobile Makedonski).
is currently a team member on the Medicines Needs Assessment project.
Ms.Stojanovska is a medical student at Medical Faculty ”St. Cyril and Methodius”, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. She is also a National Officer on Public Health, Macedonian Medical Students’ Association, Skopje; a Youth Ambassador for Cancer Prevention with the Association of European Cancer Leagues, Brussels; and President of the Organizing Committee for the 39th International Medical Scientific Congress.
