Within the Economic sphere, PHM-CEE focuses on economic impact of development, leadership improvements, and good governance.
The main objectives of our economic, leadership, and good governance efforts are to facilitate the development processes and enable societies to make their own choices by imparting the skills related to knowledge, management, leadership, technologies, and businesses.
We promote the proactive participation of individuals and organizations in building their economic futures and contribute to the productivity of their communities. From international best practices to locale business development, we work to lay the groundwork for sustained development.
Our training models are unique, many of which provide an “in the trenches” approach to real life challenges. We blend practical business skills and leadership training with networking and mentoring activities while providing continued access to local and international experts.
PHM-CEE’s team is experienced in equipping leaders and organizations with skills and tools to effectively tackle pressing organizational and social challenges. From building basic leadership skills within a government ministry to sharing best practices on rule of law, court administration, agency leadership, and more, we have worked with hundreds of leaders in all walks of the government and private sectors.
The process of decision-making and the process by which decisions are implemented (or not implemented), governance can be used in several contexts such as corporate governance, international governance, national governance and local governance. PHM-CEE has a strong history in the promotion and implementation of good governance programs.
Working with institutions to improve their governance (and transparency) skill sets, we have experience in connecting with stakeholders, topic specific exercises and training, and cross cutting issues across a broad range of sectors and government agencies.
